The room was pretty big but that's the only thing I can even think of that I liked.
Negatives:
Where to start. To get into the hotel is a pain. You have to cross two lanes and take a crazy almost right U turn going pretty fast, if you miss it then it's about 10 mins to loop around and go back to attempt again. The hotel is about 100 degrees and even the air conditioner in the room it was barely tolerable. The perfume smell of the hotel is so strong! Not sure what smells their trying to hide but it was horrible. We get there and my card is charged for $200 more then the total price. It's mentioned no where and even the confirmation page didn't have it on there. So my bank account was over drafted and the guy was like yea we do that....and could t reverse it and let me pay cash. The beds are so hard and they smell moldy. The carpets of the room turned our socks black, so we wore our shoes the whole stay. The TV in the room is stuck on their channels. We brought our fire stick and switch game system for my autistic son and there was no way to switch the HDMI. The staff always smiled and waved but many didn't speak English which is fine but we would ask for things to be brought to the room and they kept getting it wrong. They came to clean the room and would bring us two new towels or a small quantity to replace things so we would have to ask for more since there was 6 of us. We rented this hotel because it seemed to be the only one with a pool. The room of the pool was freezing and the air conditioner was on. We checked the temp of the pool and it was 59 degrees. It was so cold you couldn't swim. When we talked to the desk they said o it's all broken someone's coming tomorrow. And then a different excuse for the next 3 days. One point the two employees goofed off and mocked how cold it was. The breakfast on Sunday was barely edible. Everything was so chewy and hard. The next few days had exactly the same thing everyday and you could tell it was all frozen.

I really love the location of the hotel. It's right by the mall and many restaurants. It's so many things to do in that area. The facility was very clean and it was quiet. Breakfast was nice. The rooms were great it was my first stay at a Home 2 Suites,so I really did like it
Negatives:
Only thing I would say i didn't like the fact that the swimming pool wasn't heated. That was very upsetting one of the main reasons I ok picked the hotel was for the pool.
