Staff were friendly, room was good
Negatives:
They advertise a "complimentary housekeeping" besides the regular room cleaning every 5 days. I asked them for my bed to be done on Wed, they did not do it. I returned to the front desk and asked to please do my bed on thursday. The nice lady apologized and assured me that they d do a full room cleaning on Thursday, I thanked her and went to sleep. Thursday nobody showed up. Went back and told them. They said my cleaning was scheduled for Saturday. I told them that by their advert I d ask an additional cleaning And that I just wanted my bed done. The guy said that he d tell them. Friday nobody showed up. Finally on Saturday they did. Well, so long for the "complimentary cleaning".
