Positives: I was asked to pay $9 for breakfast at the booking.com and found out the hotel had not offered breakfast for over one month due to facility renovation et al. Would like to be refunded

Negatives: Space was not super clean. Found one hair on the bed. Some hair in the sink area. Spider web on the wall lamp. Towels were bone hard

Negatives: Room was dirty, broken glass on floor, house keeping came and still missed broken glass pieces on floor, did not vacuum . Only mopped it more around floor . Did not feel safe walking bare foot
