The juccuzi spa bath in our room wasnt cleaned properly so when i turned the jets on it literally shot poop at me. Also no fire alarm in our room, and the wall was coming up.

NO breakfast was available. The TV did not work. The lamps were broken. Wifi was off and on. There were no information cards. No phone to call front desk. No desk chair by desk. The floor was not clean, it felt gritty. The walls had clumps of dust on them.

We stayed for 8 days they didn’t clean the room, we had to be asking for clean towels, it said they provided breakfast and they didnt. They over charged me and wasn’t able to speak with anyone there who could help me.
