given this is part of the marriott chain it needs some funding for basic maintenance. given it has 164 rooms and the elevators service the separate parking garage they had only 1 of 2 elevators in service and it was out the whole time (a week) we were there so you waited a long time for the elevators. 1 of the 2 washing machines in the guest laundry was out of order along with 2 of the dryers - again this was the whole time we were there. other rain related issues saw the ceiling on the 11th floor leak and parts falling which isn’t great to see but was definately not the first time. the room on the whole was clean and the staff we saw were all friendly.

enjoyed the suite having a full kitchen and sitting area. Location was great for ferry to NYC. Breakfast was fair, but appreciated.
Negatives:
one elevator was out of order, making it a long wait to use. bathrooms needed more clothing hooks or towel bars. Décor was dull...needs some accent colors.
