Perfect place to rest and enjoy the spectacular night view of New York City. It is also close to many places and malls.
Negatives:
Employees are not clear about what a customer means. Just by not hearing a good morning, how do you feel today? Anything I can help you with? More guidance on facilities such as Laundry, Ice, Internet and how to connect, etc. Many times it is not their fault, but the Management's fault that fails to direct them and teach them that without clients there is no work, the business ends, the company disappears. The experience of staying somewhere other than your own house cannot be good because I have a good time at home and I don't have to spend money, it has to be spectacular.

This property is conveniently located near the NYWaterways terminal. A quick ferry ride across the river to NYC. Ferries left every 20 minutes. Very convenient! Staff was very helpful with all my questions.
