The location was very convenient to get to Manhattan.
Negatives:
The unit we stayed in was VERY hot in the living room with the pull out bed and the only way to make it bearable was to turn the AC unit in the bedroom down to 60° making it too cold for the people in the room. I tried telling the hotel staff and was simply told to close the bedroom door to help circulate the air (it did not help). This was uncomfortable for the 3rd person in our group
Who slept uncomfortably in the pull out couch.
In addition, the tub drain wouldn’t stay open so you had to shower in a pool of water and a lot of the overhead lights were burnt out.

View from the hotel was lovely and view outside even nicer.
Negatives:
Not organised! We paid for a room for three people. as the third person I had to asked them 4 times to bring me a duvet and sheets.i receive them on my third day! rude staff in the kitchen, no hand soap in the bathroom. Rooms comes with kitchenette but not even sponge to do washing up.
