The location felt safe and there were numerous shops and restaurants close by.
The staff I encountered were all very friendly.
Bed was comfortable and the linens were clean.

It was not the cleanest and it's expensive for what you get. I've stayed at extended stay hotels before because I travel for work. This was by far the worst. The refrigerator had what looked like spaghetti sauce splattered all over the side of it. Clearly it was not cleaned. It made an extremely loud noise 24/7.
The breakfast was grab and go which is fine but it's not advertised that way.
I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, turned on the light, and a bed bug was crawling up the door. Thankfully it was my last night.
I hate leaving bad reviews and I'm not super critical but this was bad.

There was no one in the front desk when we reached. Waited there for a while after calling them. The room smelled really bad. The bathroom was not clean. Rust on stove. Even though we didn't have to use the stove, I wanted to put it here. we reached there night. We were really tired after the long flight and didn't have the strength to go the front desk to complain.

The room smelled as if it had been a smoking room and was very dated. There was no crockery so had to go down to reception to ask. The receptionist could've asked us, before we went to our room, what we needed. The included breakfast was just packets of porridge and pre-packaged muffins.

Absolutely nothing actually, the gentleman working in the morning was very nice. That’s about it actually that is it.

It smelled horrific like the worst smell on the subway
would’ve along with dog urine, and whatever else ungodly smells work going on. The girl at the front desk was beyond rude, acted like she was bothered by having to do her job, unwelcoming, I was probably the worst part of it all besides the room itself. The sign was up, saying she wasn’t there 3/4 of the time that she was supposed to be working. There was no Wi-Fi and overall was just disgusting. I’m not getting clean towels every day so on and so forth and the cleanliness of the stove and hood made me actually want to hire a cleaning service. You should also tell people on the phone when they book that you don’t take cash because when you get there and see the sign and the girl tells you it doesn’t really help. You need to get your shit together
Working in the service industry, I couldn’t imagine my staff and facility looking and acting the way this did.
