The front entrance of the hotel but not our hotel room.
Negatives:
it was a very old room with old appliances. The room size was very small with a leaving room and kitchen which we never asked for. Bathroom does not have magnifying mirror or much toiletries, no toothpaste or brushes. That room hardly gets sun lights. We did not liked the room at all. They need to renovate those rooms for sure.

The room was not cleaned or serviced for our entire stay ( three nights). Cleaning staff barged into the room without knocking three times, in the evening not even apologizing properly. The ways approaching to and from the property are complicated and makes you go back and forth just to go in and out. On top of that they charge you 15$ a night for parking in this remote area….

I stayed in a two bedroom suite which was spacious for my family
Negatives:
Having to pay for parking in their parking lot is unfair, Also although there are no signs posted, we were informed by staff that we are not allowed to bring breakfast back to our room, which is extremely frustrating, especially when traveling with Littles that have needs that require them to be accommodated to their room .

The pool area was nice. Staff was pleasant. And breakfast was decent.
Negatives:
The hotel carpet smelled. Hotel cleanliness was subpar as there was not adequate housekeeping staff. The bar was not open due to not having a bar tender. And paying for parking was very ridiculous.
