The pool area was nice. Staff was pleasant. And breakfast was decent.
Negatives:
The hotel carpet smelled. Hotel cleanliness was subpar as there was not adequate housekeeping staff. The bar was not open due to not having a bar tender. And paying for parking was very ridiculous.

The room itself had comfortable amenities and was clean. The staff was welcoming and kind.
Negatives:
Transparency about access to facilities prior to booking. The outdoor pool is scheduled for maintenance weekly on Sundays before check-out time which prevents guests from enjoying the facilities for their full stay.

There were ants everywhere in the apartment. We were on the 3rd floor. We got in late and went right to bed. When we woke up in the night to use the bathroom we realized there were ants all over the bed, in the bathroom, on our suitcases, on the counters. So we called the front desk and told them we were checking out. I’m still messaging with staff to get the room charge reimbursed. They did give us Hyatt points upon checking out but the person we spoke to said we’d have to speak to a manager to get the room charge reimbursed.
