The staff is negligent towards any health issues. We found bed bugs in our beds after checking in and immediately asked for a refund. They denied any bugs until we showed them bites and photo/video evidence. Once then, they told us wed expect a full refund. Since then we have not received a refund and have called everyday, each staff member not remembering us, having no idea who or where the manager is, call again tomorrow, and have angered us to no end. We are now working with our credit card company to appeal this purchase and will escalate with authorities if need be, this has been an awful experience and I warn others to stay away from this hotel.

I liked that it was so close to the boardwalk. I liked the patio area since we didnt have a deck.
Negatives:
It was a little old and weathered. The rooms were not updated, it had a old smell to it, the pool was a little dirty for me, the furniture was old. Some of the sheets had stains on them.

Nothing. The room could use a lot of repair. Building was built 1970. It looked like no renovation had ever been done. Floor was hard wood and looked like it had never been cleaned. TV had a line thru the screen. Bath room sink needed repair while we were there. Turn on switch on lamp had to be replaced. Maid service was a joke. Saw maid lying across a bed talking on her cell phone.

Modernize the rooms. Spend a little money to give patrons a better experience. I would never recommend this motel to anyone. Not enough parking for patrons.

There was patches on the Wall that was obviously holes. The blanket was very hard. The tub had no stopper. There was holes in the walls.

It was very close to boardwalk.

The room was old, ceiling damaged and if not repaired soon enough will fall in. The beds get like cardboard and the bedding smelled used. There was no television. I was unable to pull blinds down so fret that I was able to be seen unclothed during night. For a budget and if one I spending most of the day out, it is tolerable but i would not recommend. Also, I booked on Booking.com and my balance when I checked in was higher than Booking.com quoted.
