Negatives: The bathroom shower was disgusting dirty and it made the room smell bad. Also I was charges twice and no one could tell me why.

Negatives: Had copy of initial reserv 2 nites and second reserv for l nite Frm booking.com. Upon ar at hotel, mgmt said reservations was canceled for no show on previous date (not date we requested; hotel assigned us a room for one nite stay. That nite another party tried to enter our room (assigned same room); husband spoke to asst mgr at front task-thought problem was resolved but when returned could not enter our rm so he went back to talk to asst mgr. when returned home, saw we were charged for 2 nites; spoke t asst mgr who would not resolve problem and suggested we go thru dispute process—he was very arrogant, very unapologetic and gave me the run around in speaking with mgr when during Sunday conversation he informed me that I would have to speak to the mgr his supervisor. Called Monday the next day and was told by asst mgr that manager was no longer employed at that location—don’t know if mgr was still with hotel. Seemed as though hotel was having inter personnel conflicts and asst mgr(employed in that position less than one month need more training in hotel mgmt, interpersonal and customer relations skills). Asst mgr made no attempt to resolve overpayment of one nites lodging rather referred us to our banks dispute process for resolution.
