Check in was very easy. Beautiful courtyard and surrounding property are well maintained. Overall, very clean inside and out.
Negatives:
Dated decor in the room that didn't reflect the southwestern ambiance of the building. Couch and mattress need replacing and the overall layout of the room was not well thought out.

We all liked the patio. My kids liked being able to swim whenever the pool was open.
Negatives:
There is no free/continental breakfast offered. No microwave in room. The pool was not open for all the days of our stay. There was trash under one of the beds upon check-in and the trash was barely noticed and picked up by the housekeeper on the day before we would be checking out. The men at the front desk weren't very friendly. The bistro has very short hours and the menu is very costly.

I didn't like being charged a extra 400 on top of the 700 dollars that booking.com said was for both the rooms for all the nights and one of the bed had bed bugs and they said they were gonna give me a discount on the room and I have yet to receive anything overall it was horrible
