During the Saturday breakfast from 7am to 10 am, they ran out of OJ, Milk, and chocolate milk by 8:45am. They did not refill until close to 10 am

Positives:
Location was great for visiting with granddaughter at the University. The room was a nice size with an area to sit and read or watch TV. The bed was comfortable. There was a shuttle available to take us to the Old Towne and football game at the University, alleviating the need to worry about parking. The breakfast buffet was better than most that we have eaten at in hotels.
Negatives:
Our room had a roll in shower. When my husband took a shower, the water was all over the floor. I can imagine this was a room for someone in a wheelchair, which we did not have. The faucet, however, in the bathroom sink was very flimsy, hard to manipulate and regulate the water. The shuttle was great, but when it came time to pick us up from the football game, the desk clerk told us they didn't have gas for the shuttle and could not pick us up. Management should always ensure there is gas in the shuttle van. Also the air conditioning unit in our room was very loud and near the bed.

My room was huge, clean, and well stocked. The breakfast bar had many options - loved the container of green chile sauce! Used the workout room - it was clean and had various workout options.

Breakfast was good, TV is visible from the sofa bed and the bed. The king size bed was comfortable with large pillows.
Negatives:
The right size of the bed did not have a bedside table and the lamp did not work. A better door to the bathroom and put towel rails on the vast unused wall in the bathroom.
