We stayed at this hotel twice on a recent trip to the US. We were so pleased with the location (near Old Town), the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness and comfort of the room that we altered our plans so that we could stay here on our way back home as well. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The staff were amazing and the hotel was very nice. Everything was beautifully appointed and decorated for Christmas and the room was very nice. There was a gift shop on site as well as a restaurant that offered room service. Our room had a nice mountain view and every morning when we got up at 7-7:30 there were hot air balloons flying over the desert. Also there was ample parking and the location next to Old Town was very convenient.
Negatives:
The three things that kept me from giving this hotel a better rating is that 1) while it offered ice machines on every floor only certain floors had one that worked so we had to go up or down a floor to get a bucket of ice. 2) Also it offered maid service everyday which was a bonus, but it was hit or miss on whether items where going to get restocked daily like coffee pods, creamers, stir sticks etc. and 3) the mattress was awful. It was like a large pillow on top of a platform. We had a king bed and we sank into the middle of it, no support at all.
