Beautiful property, great restaurant, good location.
Negatives:
The bed in our room was too soft, lumpy, and worn down on the edges. It needs to be replaced. We both had backaches when we woke up. The sink/water adjustments are off either completely hot or cold no matter what you adjust. the vessel sink is too far away from the edge of the counter to use without splashing water everywhere. The cabinet door to the fridge catches and scrapes.

The design is spectacular. The rooms are intimate, private, and spacious. The hotel is across from Sawmill and adjacent to restaurants and stores. Best stay in Albuquerque so far. Nice gym, pool, and sauna area. Pet friendly.

Acoustically, has the potential to be noisy depending on neighbors (my dog was yapping)
