Positives: Staff was polite

Negatives: We had the most horrible stay at this hotel. We were bitten by bed bugs. None of drainage worked in the bathroom. It was horrible to shower or brush. Rooms were old and dated and locks looked like they were tempered with. Windows at the 3rd floor room were allowing all the traffic noise from the highway. There were homeless people around the area and you could see security in and around the premises which I am thankful for. Hosts were ok but that’s the only good thing about this hotel.

Positives: Room had the worst urine smell and ac didn't work. Had to switch rooms. Hotel run down and my neighbors yelled all night and kept me awake. Tried to call the lobby, never would answer the phone even when I called from my cell. Will never stay with you again. The next night I actually paid 160.00 at Hilton cause at least it would be decent.

Negatives: See above and the breakfast was a joke. Wouldn't call eggs and fried big potatoes breakfast.
