How much they have culture of the surrounding area.
Negatives:
The shower room did not have a ventilation, shower was cracked, and the shower head didn't stay in place.

Friendly staff. Decor was nice. Room was good for the price. Rooms were dated, but clean. Water pressure was excellent. For being next to the highway it wasn't too noisy. Eat the granola bars and drink the water,you're getting charged!ha!
Negatives:
The only issue I had was when we checked in the clerk asked for a 50$ deposit that would be credited back after checking out, if all was well, no damage and such. As it turns out they keep 21 and change for service fees. Still a good price.

the Amenity fee charge without letting people know. for the drinks i didnt want and the parking I have to park in to stay there i paid the amenity fee with the charging price of the Hobbit Room every sized for hobbits not actual people. clean elevator...

Right off the bat the staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, with neat Native American paintings on the walls.

I like the location, staff is always exceptional. The beds are comfy. And the decor is pretty cool.

The restrooms could have a used a deep clean but otherwise everything was great.

The decor on the walls was not peaceful, but rather noisy in the bedrooms. Its ok in the community areas. Rooms and community rooms were very dark and dated. Although New Mexico has themes which are fine, the dark stucco-like walls added to darkness, dimness

Positives:
The hotel is located close to Balloon Fiesta Park, which made it easy to get to and from the event. I also liked the comfy beds and free local beers each night.
Negatives:
The bathroom was a bit dirty, and staying here during the balloon fiesta week was extremely expensive.
