Negatives: The location. Thought it was closer to highway. Felt our car was secure with the security gate, but worried why they had to have it!

Negatives: Keys worked once, then door jammed when it did unlock. Had to to go front desk 4 times to get keys remade. Desk clerk said "well the batteries on the door locks are old. Just try it again! After the 4th time I told him very nicely, "get me a new room or we are leaving. It was 8 pm and I had been up since 5am" He said well I will have to inspect the room to make sure you have not messed it up before I can give you another room" !! Then he followed me back to the room and after slamming the door around several times he got it to unlock and said you try it! It worked after several attempts, I was too tired and hungry to ague. Stayed 2 days for a volunteer project I work on Had to fight with the door every time! My wife spilled a soda on the floor by the bathroom sink. When she cleaned it up the paper towel she used turned black from the dirty floor! We kept our socks on the rest of the stay! they turned Black WE WILL NOT BE BACK I know corporate response is you cannot do anything because it is privately owned Same excuse

Negatives: Other guests were not making sure that the entry door to the building was shut properly, thus allowing anyone to come in (not too concerned), since it was gated.
