I tried to call the property several hrs before to let them know I was arriving late after 11pm. The phone was just ringing it was never answered. My husband went over to try to check in and they told him that he couldn’t because his name was not on the list. Staff weren’t helpful due to their phone not being answered all day! I tried calling from 10am to 9:30pm my credit card was already charged and that didn’t matter, they told him they were going to give our room away!

Towel bar just slid out of the wall and into my hands w/the towels. Surely someone had to notice. Time for maintenance checks. It’s too lovely for that stuff. Great tub! Love the tile work throughout the property!!

The ac didn’t work and it was hot in the room the lighting was bad there half of the lights worked was hair all in the tub. None of the plug ins worked for chargers. Front desk argued about who was going to help me check on because apparently one was on break and the other said she didn’t know what she was doing.
