Positives: Location was good for airport access

Negatives: The toilet was not bolted down well and moved all over. Stains on the walls that could have been cleaned off, overall not very clean room. Cockroach came out from under the bed as we were packing up.

Positives: The room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Over all experience was great.

Negatives: The pool / spa was not working at this time. I think hotels should have to let you know before booking if it is not open when the advertise pool/spa.

Positives: it was close to the airport

Negatives: everything! It's dirty, noisy, the pillows on the bed were the size and shape of basketballs. Couldn't use them, hard as bricks. The heat pump/ac unit was so noisy it sounded like an ice machine constantly churning out ice. would never stay here again.

Positives: Staff was great.It was so nice to have a free hot breakfast every morning,& the lady cooking it was really nice. The room was also clean, and no bedbugs. We were told this area is kind of sketchy, but we stayed in after dark and felt safe enough that way

Negatives: The doors face the outside, and are about 5 ft from the parkinglot, so it was kindof loud any time people walked by, unloaded their cars, or went into nearby rooms. But it wasn't the end of the world.
