The management for this hotel is very unprofessional . The manager Casey Murray and her employees are very rude. One of the employees as we were asking for manager gave us attitude as walking into the office and flipping us off. Manager came out yelling, refusing to talk to us telling us to leave property as we are trying to get refund and resolve issues. Also threatened to mace my husband and myself. As for this hotel, very horrible service with manager and employees.

Negatives:
Tub filled with water when you took a shower. Old popcorn ceiling and very dated bathroom. Carpets in room had burn holes everywhere and divers in the floor. Also, a ridiculous pet deposit that is no5 disclosed on the website in either booking.com or the hotel site. It was very late when we checked in or else I would have gone somewhere else. They charged me $250 !! The most I have paid anywhere before. Even in much nicer more expensive hotels. Then they tell me that it will be 3-10 days before I receive it back on my card. Totally unacceptable. This should be disclosed when booking under the policy or more information tab. It was not. I face it only mentioned a $100 deposit which I why I booked.

Nothing I was scammed and stolen from by management at thus facility!

The fact that I qas given a dirty room where the balcony's door that didn't lock. After paying for 4 days I was thrown out for no reason where management stole all that money from me on top of my deposit.. and also allowed my car to be broken into and stolen! The main manager at night should be fired she is a theif, a liar, and a con artist who abuses the power she was given as management. Wyndham will NEVER have me or any of my family as a guest again unless I'm refunded the entire $850+ (the 4 days i prepaid and my $300 cash deposit) that was stolen from me during my stay. Ive filed a police report for the theft. This facility has gone way way down it's dilapidated, dirty, outdated, and classless. They clearly have their trashy night management to thank for the downfall of this once nice and classy place.

Room was dated with cigarette burns on carpet and side of the bathtub even though it was a non-smoking room. Water in shower wouldn't completely shut off. Breakfast average. Gravy tasted like flour and water that wasn't cooked.
