Positives: The room and beds were clean and good quality. Breakfast was decent.

Negatives: I had gotten to the property almost 2 hours after check-in at three and I went to the front desk to check in. They had told me my room was not done and it would take 20 minutes for them to get it ready. During our time in the pool, there were many people coming in and out, but there was no towels took management 10 to 15 minutes to bring towels. After less than an hour worth of swim time. Also our room sink was clogged.

Positives: Room was large, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We did not use the pool but it looked well maintained and clean. The breakfast was very good and well stocked.

Negatives: The handicap accessible room did not have a closet or clothes hanging area. And there was only a very small sink in the bathroom, no vanity area for a storage only a small shelf.
