Positives: Clean. Great bed. Easy in and out. Read a few reviews that mentioned out of date furniture. The furniture was dated but in excellent condition. Mater of fact it was nicer than what you would get if new. Definitely would stay again.

Positives: There was an attempt several days prior to the reservation to cancel it. Both of facility was called and Expedia was notified. We thought something was going to be resolved but apparently it was not.

Positives: Had to stop for an overnight in Deming. Good parking. Outside area for breakfast although a bit hidden away - only noticed it while checking out.

Negatives: Very loud room because of huge AC module right outside for a couple of rooms the window (although we turned ours off). Old carpets could be cleaned or replaced.

Negatives: I didn't care for the breakfast options. I would have preferred scrambled eggs vs. bagel toppers that had a lot of bread. There were several types of yogurt, but all were very high in sugar.
