Negatives: Everything the room was unclean, never felt safe because the door was loose; it took me 45 minutes after arriving to even get checked in, due to the manager another front desk agent who was training a new front desk agent to shoot the breeze. 45 minutes

Positives: Location of hotel was convenient; I liked the layout of my room--it was fairly large and roomy (the sink area was somewhat small, however)

Negatives: I stayed 4 nights & used up my shampoo with my second shower. The front desk person told me there were no more bottles of shampoo in the hotel but a different person gave me some. 1/2 the water came out of the tub spout; the bathtub drained very slowly

Positives: I was very happy with how clean the room was. There wasnt a smoke or dust smell.

Negatives: There wasnt an option for a late checkout. Even if there had been a small $5-10 charge Id have happily paid to get a 2 hour extension. An extension would have made the event I was there for a little easier to attend.

Positives: We stayed 2 nights before the annular solar eclipse, so it was very busy and rooms maybe a bit more expensive than usual. But that was expected and we were happy that we could extend our stay by 1 night last minute in the morning of our checkout... Room was very clean and modern, we slept well.

Negatives: Plastic/styropor plates, cups and cutlery at breakfast causes a ot of trash...

Negatives: Traffic and lobby noise were quite loud. Our room was above lobby at stairway and sound carried through walls and floor.
