The beds were very comfortable. It was relatively clean.

The virtual check in was very strange. A guy in India scanning my id and debit card information
Although he was pleasant, I wasn’t comfortable.
nowhere in the reviews, did it mention that trains would be coming and going all night, right across the street
then around midnight all the power went out completely and did not kick in again until 6 AM in the morning!

It was in an area of many closed buildings. Didn't look good on the outside. Then we walked in and my first thought was the movie "The Shining". They had a virtual receptionist from overseas. Nobody was on premises. We turned around and walked out. Tried to get a refund with no luck so far. I think Booking.com should check out some of these hotels. This should not even be an option.
