Positives:
A/C could keep a Caribou cold. Flat screen TV, swap out Apple TV check. Lazy Boy, ready for football. Bed, on par with most B level Wyndam properties. Staff was perfect. 2nd gen owners who don’t feel they need to fight for every dollar they have already won. Last, value, Rotten Tomato is a 90, “Best Cruces Value 2024 finalist”.

The ice tea in the breakfast area was good.

This was a 3 day stay. It was bad from the start. The first room they gave me was horrible and I asked for a different room. After the 6th room I decided to give it a try. The refrigerator didn't work and they never got us a replacement. We discovered at bedtime there were no blankets on the bed, only a sheet and the "decorative" sheet on top of that. We started getting gnats that seemed to be coming out of the sink overflow. There was one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth. We always had to ask for clean towels because they never serviced our room in our three day stay. It is a noisy location. Breakfast was a joke. You could have a mini powdered or chocolate doughnut. Plain toast with jelly or 3 kinds of cereal. No coffee the second day. The owner said they had bought the property 18 months ago and were working on it. We didn't see any evidence of improvements.
