The cleanliness and the kitchenette we appreciated most.

I enjoyed the layout of the room, huge TV on a swivel so I could watch while having breakfast in the kitchen area and then when winding down in bed.. Awesome.
Negatives:
In the bathroom there wasn't a shower liner just a decorative hanging, it was so short it barely touched the top of the tub so when I turned on the water for a shower it made a drenchful mess each time..Also the TV guide was off. For example it showed Bravo on channel 28. I turn on 28 and HGTV comes on, which based on the guide is channel 29. I changed to channel 27 and Bravo came on. It was only on certain channels. Very weird. I shared both concerns on check out and I'm confident Michelle is going to take care of what she can.

The room smelled awful and I couldn’t get help from the staff because it was busy and they had a new staff member so I drive home after just two hours

Lack of a counter in the bathroom. Had to put toiletries (make-up, brushes, etc.) on the back of the toilet.

The rooms had out dated television, the microwave plate was too big for the microwave, the first room they assigned us, the door wouldn't close, took nearly 15 minutes to get hot water, and not enough bedside tables.

Door to room didn't latch when closed from the outside. Had to wait approximately 2 hrs to get into another room.

We had a rough beginning of a stay, Adam our Manager worked diligently to accommodate us, he has the greatest customer service skills. I apologize sincerely for getting off to a rough start Adam! Thank you for all you do! You and your staff have been amazing! Especially Liam, Melinda, and Genevieve :)
