Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. I should have picked this hotel to stay when we first arrived in New Mexico. Rio Rancho is a nice city compared to Albuquerque. No deposit held for a room. Very easy check in at a reasonable price. We was surprised the room had a mini kitchen in it and the room was big. Very clean and everything worked. The shower felt good. Will for sure stay here on the next trip.

The only thing I suggest is more breakfast selection. Everything else was good.

The only thing I liked is that it was close to the hospital.

I didn’t like anything. The motel room was very dirty not just the room the hallways the lobby had a very weird smell when you walked in and not the price I would have rather traveled a few miles to stay somewhere else, but due to the circumstances I needed to be near the hospital.
