Negatives: Dirty. Our room was disgusting. Black mold in our bathroom. Dirty stained lamps. What appeared to be puke or something down the wall. Way too expensive for a ghetto awful experience. If I had had a choice we wouldn’t have stayed here. I took and am attaching plenty of pics! If you’re coming with your family don’t stay here.

Positives: Reservation canceled by LA Quinta by Wyndham Ruidiso ,NM but they let us know it's booking .com that charged us for the reservation that was canceled by the hotel and not by our fault. But now booking .com ihas charged my credit card $358.00 and now I can't get a hold of them I've called their customer service they tell me it's not the number or place they don't know how I can get a hold of booking.com and I'm charged for a reservation I did not stay in can't get any answers from booking. com I will not ever use booking. Com again

Positives: the staff where super nice they did what they could with the resources there where giving by the company.

Negatives: tiles loose in the bathrooms. pool needs a good service cleaning ,not the staffs fault they where awesome, but the elevator was a littlie ruff and the breakfast was bland and no variety.
