The person at the front desk was friendly.
Negatives:
We had to change rooms 3 times. The first room had someone in it. The second room’s air conditioner did not work. The third rooms electric shorted out while using the microwave. The pool area was closed, but full of green water and debris, the carpet was very gross, didn’t look like it had been cleaned in years, the beds were old and the bedding was falling apart and with holes in it, the refrigerator and microwave were very outdated, bathroom was dirty, the shower curtain looked like it had never been cleaned, there was hair on the bathroom walls.

Nothing I did not stay. The place was run down from the front door all the way.
Negatives:
The restroom in the lobby was terrible. The vending machine was empty the ice machine was down and looked like it had been for some time. Then they gave me a key to the room. I said I would check to see if it was clean. When I opened the door it was chained from the inside. There was someone in the room. I went back to the front desk and told them I was not going to stay. I'm still trying to get a refund from Booking.com .
