Positives:
Great location on outskirts of town. Staff was very friendly and polite.
Negatives:
Parts of hotel and room were worn out and you could hear everything going on in the hallway. They were redoing part of their parking lot so that was kind of inconvenient.

Well, first we walked in the lady was kind of serious and she was okay after Then there was a big dog behind the counter Almost attacked my girlfriend The bell Racks were falling apart, taking our luggage up. And it was very pricey.

Bed was comfortable.
Ari the front office clerk was very polite and helpful.
Negatives:
The water smelled like sulphur. Not enough parking in the front area. After a long day of traveling we received a room with a broken shower. We had to relocate to a room that was queen beds instead of king. The front office clerk had to leave her post to handle the breakfast area also.

Negatives:
Everything is tired or broken. No ice machine at all (all 3 were broken), ran out of food (even milk!) at breakfast. Lots of bugs (at least they were dead….) in the hallways. Also since they allow dogs - 2 of our 3 mornings we were woken up by a barking dog before 6 am.

i got charged twice on my credit card. one from you due to hampton inn said i did not have a reservation i gave them the booking # 4353182690 they said they did not have any records of it my reservation. so i had to pay for that night. was not happy about it. i recieved by credit card statement and i have prove that i was charged twice once from you and them. some one needs to reimburse me on my credit card.
