Positives:
The pool wasn't open. Breakfast was coffee and granola bars. No fruit, cereal, yogurt, eggs, toast.
Negatives:
Staff had to start my television. When I shut it off I needed help with the TV again in the morning.
I got dropped off by an Uber coming from Albany Medical Center with 4 broken ribs. I was offered no help to get my suitcase to the room. The ice machine in my building wasn't working and the note on it said the ice machine in the other building was working. I couldn't find the ice machine in the other building.

I would absolutely not recommend...
Positives:
Location was good. Easy to get to. Better signage would be helpful to find the place We used the big Motel 6 sign next door to find it when we'd leave and then come back to it.
Negatives:
Advertised "breakfast" which was kind of misleading. Breakfast was a granola bar and an orange cup. We took what was offered, then found a diner for "breakfast".

Bathroom door didn’t latch, shower leaked, our door got locked from the outside they had to call maintenance to come fix it, the bed was broken, they locked our cards because they entered the wrong date that I was leaving ( as they told me I was using the card wrong )
