The entire staff made sure we were taken care. They have the best Belgian waffles. Hotel employee was such a helpful and great human being. We will miss him.

Some of the guests were downright disrespectful to the staff but the staff remained professional. We will definitely stay there if we ever visit.

Dirty, not clean, holes in the wall, beds were made, hair in the bed and grease on pillows, online pics did not match the room, argued with me about switching rooms, second room cleaner but had cigarette Burns in the covers and very big gnats
