The man that checked me in was very rude not only to me while speaking to me but to another guest when they just called the front desk to get help with something. He showed me to my room to show me that the door was broken, and when he tried to shut the door before I turn the light on I stopped him and told him I needed to turn the light on. He walked away muttering under his breath something about a "long fucking night". Not only that, but the room was disgusting. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Some sort of dust collecting near the Air conditioning unit which meant the air conditioner was blowing that dust throughout the room all night. I took pictures of everything. For $215 a night I expected a clean room and respectful staff but I didn't get either.

Good enough for one night

The fact that the staff realized that I could not access the property in my wheelchair and promptly applied a FULL credit through to BOOKING.com.
Negatives:
The fact that the facility could not credit my credit card because I had booked through BOOKING.com and that BOOKING.com HAS NOT POSTED MY CREDIT and I am still owed $395. Which by the way I had to pay on my credit card! So if any actually reads this could you please contact me regarding this unfortunate situation.
