Called the hotel to get an early check in, they said yes. Showed up 15 min later and they said they see my confirmation # from booking.com but need a different #. I spent 45 min on the phone with booking.com to get it fixed. The hotel said multiple times not to book through a third party site even though I never had a problem with booking.com before and they could see my reservation. I was left annoyed and they did nothing to help me.

Rooms clean, comfortable, good location for a walking to dinner and shows .
Negatives:
No parking only valet. When retrieving my car and watching them get it, the driver hit another parked car. He then denied it to our face us even though we were watching and saw it happen. My car had residue from other vehicle on it. It was able to be mostly wiped off, and lot management gave us free parking that night. Read your parking ticket as it says not responsible for plastic and / or rubber bumpers damage, which almost all cars now have .
