It was walking distance from the Capital theatre on North Pearl and had a decent breakfast and comfy beds and a nice view of Albany from the 8th floor.

Came for a concert and the hotel was walking distance from the venue. the breakfast was included and had a large selection. there was also security guarded valet parking and it wasn't that expensive for one night.
Negatives:
we went to the hotel snack bar to get snacks for dinner, please note the microwave was hidden in the breakfast area and there were no light switches so we used our flashlights on our phones to find and use it. there was not a microwave in the room but there was a small fridge and coffee maker.

Vert convient for downtown.
Negatives:
I originally reserved two rooms via Booking.com. I canceled one room during the free cancellation period. The hotel charged my credit card for two rooms. The Hotel and Booking.com have had many days to resolve this issue, with proof of cancellation and a copy of my credit card statement that clearly shows the duplicate charges. I am leaving this negative review until the issue is resolved. The customer service between the Hotel and Booking.com for this case has not been good.
