I liked the entrance lobby and the laminate floors in the room.

Overall I would say that this hotel photographs much better than it shows in real life. I believe this property was renovated in 2023, however the bathroom was already somewhat icky especially the shower. The cleanliness of the room itself was debatable, we found bits of trash in a corner and under the bed.

It was located close to Siena College. It was also close enough to surrounding areas to take an Uber. The pricing wasn't too bad. The pull-out bed was extremely comfortable.
Negatives:
The phone in the room didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk. The refrigerator didn't work at all. The air didn't push out air just a fan noise. There was only one blanket in the closet for a king-size bed and the pull-out bed. Food pricing was way too expensive!

Great start to my vacation.
Positives:
I needed an accessible room in order to have a bathtub. The room was spacious, clean, and in pleasant colors. The bed was comfortable. There were enough places to put all my things without clutter. The room had a mini-fridge and a Keurig machine - no microwave, but there was one available for guest use in the lobby, which is probably safer. I was able to charge an EV on site - the chargers are a bit hidden, so ask at the desk! I needed to attend a conference across the road so it was a very convenient location.
Negatives:
Genuinely my only disappointments were that I could not get the bath water to run hot enough - I have an injury I am supposed to soak but the lukewarm water made it difficult. The other issue is that the view out my window was of the highway, and that's not a problem except that the noise kept me awake the entire first night despite earplugs and a white noise machine that I moved right next to my head. On the second night I figured out how to set the room's thermostat to "constant fan," and between that and my exhaustion I managed to get some rest! It is probably only a problem if you're a light sleeper.
