They cancelled my reservation at 6 in the evening when I was almost there. I was driving from Boston to Niagara and i got a call from their manager that they are overbooked. When i asked why didn't they informed me Early as i was almost there he said he was not on duty when reservation was made and he was getting back when he could and said they had interns so they didn't know. I do not understand what kind of idiots you are hiring who don't even have common decency to inform people.
