The rooms are really small compared to any other similar hotels. Also, the phones are not working, pools dont have towels, etc.

The room was dirty. There were opened drinks and food left in the fridge. The ac cover was on the floor. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair in the cups.

The room looked run down and it wasn’t properly cleaned. We asked the front desk for help and they didn’t come for over 4 hours.

There are no supplies such as shower gel, no drinking water. Moreover, breakfast is not a buffet, it was a la carte. And it is very confusing.

It wasn’t very clean throughout the hotel. The floors were dirty. The fan in our bathroom didn’t work. Our door was slightly broken. Food wasn’t great. It was just okay.
