Negatives: Pathetic hotel and extremely ugly. Made a reservation after looking at the hotel rating and reviews. Let me give a good summary - Once you are in a lobby, you will hear a buzzing sound from the HVAC system. Second, the roof of the hotel is around 7 feet and as soon as you enter, you feel like entering into a motel. Here is the actual review, we got 2 rooms for 2 families, and the hallway carpet is dusty, and white particles everywhere. Next talking about the bathroom, the shower is panel is rusty and looks so ugly which is not the expectation from the Hilton brand of hotels. We used the bath sink and it started leaking. When I reported it to the front desk, with no courtesy they said the maintenance guy is not available and will be fixed later. They didn't have a basic courtesy to transfer to a different room before I asked them. Overall experience, a pathetic hotel and ugly with worst customer experience,

Negatives: What I like: the staff from the breakfast area was great equally Dominique from the front desk. Although I asked many times to see the manager, they didn’t gave me access to her. They told me they going to give her my message. I am waiting for his o her call.

Negatives: The entrance to the property, the housing unit was disgusting and made us worry what the hotel will be like. It’s outdated and needs work. No drink vending machine Pillows are awful Hot tub falling apart, we pulled a few floating pieces from the floor out Bigger/more towels should be avail for the pool If you have 4 people in a room, 4 towels should be in the bathroom Too much furniture, too small space

Negatives: The pool area the floor could’ve been a little bit smoother to walk on between the hot tub and the pool

Negatives: Almost everything was falling apart and outdated. The pool and hot tub had huge chunks of concrete and tile missing. The door knob in the bathroom literally fell off when I went to first use it. Everything was grimy and dirty.

Negatives: The room wasn't the cleanest. The guy at the check-in was not the most pleasant. And they were short staff so we waited a long time for our food.

Negatives: The advertisement for this hotel was great, a nice swimming pool, a hot tub and a nice restaurant and bar area, perfect for a stay for the weekend. The pool was closed, the hot tub was ice cold and the chef didn't turn up for work as per the hotel staff. so our weekend was a total flop, should of stayed home,
