The staff and location were excellent! Very efficient and helpful! The black girl with piercings (sorry, didnt get her name) checked us in and she was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!

There were two spiders and two other bugs in our room. Made us feel itchy and gave us the creepy crawlies. Not the hotels fault per se, as they crawled by the window.

I wanted a room with a partial WALL divider not a curtain and it would be nice to have a REAL bathroom door 2irh a lock on it for privacy.

Staff was very welcoming on arrival. The room was clean with lots of extra space. The morning breakfast was very nice and the seating outside to have a coffee and eat was a nice added touch.

Would not accept anything but credit card and have the HIGHEST deposit charge Ive ever heard of! I stay at a lot of hotels for travel and this one by far was the worse customer service and strictest on policy.

Unable to get linen changed and get new towels. I was told I should have requested at the front desk and not assume that the room would be cleaned, as a result after spend several hundred dollars I had to make the bed, tidy the bay at 12 midnight.
