Positives:
The Breakfast was versatile and area clean and refilled frequently. The service staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was tasty .Some of the guest at the buffet left a bit more to be desired, but I know you have little control over people using their hands to remove food from the serving dishes or their children playfully preparing their own plates The exterior grounds were pristine as was the entrance and lobby area.
Negatives:
The room we occupied would benefit some updating and intense cleaning. The light fixtures covering the island was dusty and dirty. The security latch on the entry door was sticky with visible crude which I removed with a wet soapy paper towel. The sofa unit has seen much better days and definitely should be replaced. Some areas of the unit need paint touch ups, On more then one occasion exiting the rear door the deliver/pickup carriers were blocking the hallway with no one in site to remove the obstruction.(fire hazard)

The hotel was in a perfect location. They also offered a happy hour in the lobby, which was a nice surprise. Lots of food options in the area for dinner. The room was great for three people two bedroom two bathroom. Staff friendly at check in and check out and especially at happy hour.
Negatives:
The pool had a lot of chlorine so we could not use it as the fumes were way too strong to enter the pool area, we have a pool so we
are quite sensitive to the chemicals as we don't use much. Ottoman in the room needs to be replaced.

Sofabeds need an upgrade! Key fabs did not work upon arrival. Just imagine you reach your room with luggage and kids and your room key does not work. Then you have to go all the way back to the front desk to get it activated - need I say more!
