The room was clean. The location is great and close to most attractions in the area. (SPAC, Downtown Saratoga).
Negatives:
Quiet time is between 10 PM and 7 AM. I stayed in room 203, there is an outdoor patio right below the window, which both nights that I stayed several people were sitting outside from 10 PM until at least 1 AM and were extremely loud and noisy. There is no one on site late to enforce the quiet time policy. This would be an inconvenience if someone needed to wake up early to be somewhere.

Staff were professional and helpful. Breakfast was very good, but felt borderline sparse. But the eggs and potatoes made up for it. They were above average! Location was in a quiet area, surrounded by nice trees. There was lot of parking. I didn't see or hear another person on my hall, though I was there mid-week which could be the reason.

The breakfast was great and the check-in was quick and easy.
Negatives:
The room was not clean. What looked like boogers was stuck to the wall and the bed spread. It looked like someone blew their nose and it was left there. The staff changed the sheets but didn't clean the wall. The more concerning problem was the pile of white powder on the tv stand. This may not have been what we thought it was but it still means that the surfaces were not wiped. The biggest issue that I had was that I was traveling with my 3 month old. We arrived very late to the hotel and I could have very easily placed her pacifier, clothes etc. on this surface with the powder and not realized. The hotel did send someone up to wipe the surface but this is absolutely unacceptable.
