Positives:
The staff is very nice and allowed up to check in late after a party I was hosting and have late check out if we wanted.
Negatives:
We previously stayed in room 106 and liked it enough to come back. We stayed in room 108 which had broken tiles around the hottub, broken room number and a vent cover that was broken. When we walked in it smelled of overpowering mildew. We open the window and tried airing the room out when we closed the window the smell came back. We heard water running and could not figure out where it was coming from until we saw a giant bulge in the wall partly behind the chair in the room near the hottub. The water is going into the wall and collecting there making a giant water bubble in the wall and is starting to do the same thing on the other side of the hottub. We told the front desk staff when we checked out very early and they said their water bill has been higher than usual but haven't been able to figure out where the extra water is going. I like the location and the overall idea of this place and the staff has been very nice but they need to do alot of repairs. Between the mildew smell most likely from the carpeting around the hottubs to the broken tiles around the hottubs, lights not working around the hottub and extensive water damage. We heard about 2 people check out while we were sitting down for breakfast and they all had things broken and in disrepair in their rooms.

They offered free breakfast which consisted of white and wheat bread plain bagels fruity pebbles or honey smacks cereal a toaster manually portions of grape jelly peanut butter and cream cheese! 1 picher of orange juice apple juice and milk. No sweet and low for coffee such a joke! No plates for the bagels.

The room was not taken care of missing tiles on spa tub ripped up carpet table was dirty lamp shades mismatched blow dryer ripped from holder the pillows were terrible like they've been around for years lumpy the area for smoking by the pool was disgusting dirty the pool area was amazingly dirty and storage room for room cleaning cart was left open and it looked like a horders closet. Thought about going to the Hampton across the street for breakfast. Would not recommend to anyone and employees walking around with barefoot??? Really!

We were on end of 1st floor near door to the outside. Door to the outside did not have locks. Major safety concern.
Our room door had to be kicked at the bottom of door to "unstick" it and get it open.
Free breakfast..... milk was spoiled, only had regular coffee, powdered creamer, bagels, and toast. Not a large selection.
Our room had 2 lamps, ceiling light was missing, giant hole in ceiling.

Good staff. Ricky on reception was good. Rooms are specious and parking was good. Location is near to six flags and around 29 miles from airport.

Breakfast was nothing. Furniture is a bit outdated. Bathroom fittings were cheap.

Nothing. Dirty, beds uncomfortable, pillows terrible, no towels, no elevator, landscaping was horrendous, breakfast was boiled eggs, being cooked in bk room & no name cereal, rationed out coffee(disgusting) & condiment.
