Positives: The location was excellent right off of I-90. The staff was very courteous and placed me in a very quiet room on the top floor as I requested. There were many guests staying there because of a concert, but my room was very quiet.
Negatives: The room smelled like stale cigarettes and alcohol. The air conditioner was louder than normal and the exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom.

Positives: Breakfast was the best part of this hotel as the staff here made sure everything was good. Stephanie was helpful even in hard circumstances.
Negatives: My room had trash by the bed, stains on the sheets, and the worst part is the bathroom was broken (the maintenance man said he couldn't fix it for our stay) the night clerk told me I should be comped since I didn't have a working bathroom and their customer satisfaction guarantee wasn't met, and they were unable to give another room that night. The manager basically said I was lying about all of my experience. It took me 26 days of constant calling and being ignored by the manager, I had to call Chase Hotels Group (corporate -which the phone number is 814-864-5987 when you need it), just to get Nina the manager, to call me back. Do not stay in this hotel. It is horrible, the staff is mostly horrible and the rooms are inadequate. The only staff member I directly had a good conversation with was Stephanie. She was helpful even though Nina her boss is a horrendous woman to talk to IF you get her to call you back. I really think she was ignoring me in hopes she wouldn't have to refund anything.
