Great room! Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Roomy. There were shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the bathroom, which was an excellent touch. Breakfast was great. The staff were very nice and friendly. It was just an overall excellent experience.

The rooms have the most uncomfortable mattresses. Tossed and turned all night.

The location. It was right off thruway. It was also close to the facilities.
Negatives:
The room wasn't ready at our arrival. The first room they gave us, the large window in the room was leaking very badly. It was hard to get down the hall as there were many young children, young teenagers running and loud. The Staff then gave us an acceptable room on the 3rd floor. In the evening when we returned the elevator was not working so we had to use the stairs to the third floor. We found out the next day the kids kept using the elevator continuously which was why it was not working.

The facility is clean and the staff was very pleasant. My son is playing for the Batavia Muckdogs and it was a perfect location. It was only minutes from the stadium, stores, restaurants, and the casino. We will definitely be back!
