Negatives: The room smelled like mildew!! There was public hair in the tub and a hair on the sink. You could hear footsteps up above all night. We had to sleep with the window open all night because it smelled so bad! There were 2 dead bugs on the floor. There was a stain on the bed cover and it appeared that they do not wash the outer blanket. Also, at 5pm I received a call from the hotel asking when I was arriving.... honestly who cares when I am arriving, that's strange. When I arrived they tried to say it was canceled by booking.com - and I said OH NO IT WASN'T. I would never stay there again and I want a refund! At 8:00 it smelled like marijuana and I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Negatives: The first night I arrived, after having my flight was delayed, at 2 in the morning, a woman was screaming on the property. It took the police and quite some time to make it stop. I finally fell asleep but woke up to a man cursing in the parking lot at 9:30am. My room was facing the parking lot. My room was never cleaned. The cleaning lady only offered me an extra towel but never came in and made the bed or cleaned up the dirty towels on the floor. When I finally returned to my room, it was difficult to sleep The next night because I could hear someone moving back and forth above me and the person next to me had their dog barking loudly. It was so uncomfortable to sleep. The facilities were not as clean as I like, smell in the room. The breakfast was not good. I would not come back to this property again.
