Im not sure I would stay there again - I dont like 1st floors but without an elevator- the 2nd floor not an option

Toilet broken. Not fixed during stay even tho that said it would be. Tv wouldnt stay on. Kept shutting off. Heat off for two days. Beds never made. Got one towel a piece. Had to keep asking for a washcloth. No clean towels for last day. People appeared to be residing g here and were outside drinking and using drugs. We were told that they had been told that fisherman weee coming so they should do this out back!

The room was awful. It was filthy. The bathtub was so dirty that the bottom was grey and the towel bar was ripped out of the wall. There were crumbs all over the room, a dirty cutting board and tinfoil behind the dresser. The phone was broken and ripped out of the wall. It smelled. The stair and walk ways were rusted and falling apart. And we had to switch rooms a few times because of all of the broken things in this hotel. It was literally the worst place I have ever stayed in my life.

Everything.....bugs, dirty showers, the place had bad oder. I belive house keeping went into our room because our door was left open even though we left a don't disturb placard on the door. Noticed it when I got back to my room my door was cracked open.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The AC didn't work. There were flies on the air conditioner. There were pizza crust left on the adjoining door, and the pillows had stains all over it. We didn't stay the night. Too disgusting left and wanted a refund.

We cancelled on 9/12 so I cant answer these questions! The clerk said he would send us the cancellation by email but we never received it. We called & he answered that our laptop was slow! Our laptop is not whats slow! Stay tuned if fees for economic- dodge are on my CC bill!
