Positives:
I loved the vibe! This is definitely a place for singles or a couple because of the Dj residency but it’s so popping ! You have an entire popular brunch/party spot right in the lobby, but it will never disturb the quietness of your room, amazing. The staff is super nice and chill. This is always a great location for car service and you can walk to anything you need near. Will definitely be back when visiting New York.

The breakfast was well organized and stocked with a variety of items such as waffles, cereal, pastries, sausage biscuits, muffins and fruit. The staff was friendly and often visible.
The room was compact but had the essentials. We did ask for extra towels. There was not an ice machine but both the front desk and kitchen staff gave us ice when we requested it. The room was clean as was the lobby and restrooms in the lobby.
There is easy access to the subway and it is located close to the Yankee Stadium. There was a little curb market just a couple of blocks away for sodas and snacks. The hotel has a water dispenser near the elevator so you can refill water bottles. There is is small cafe inside the lobby with a limited selection but what we had was tasty. Although the location of the hotel is not in the best of areas, we felt comfortable walking to and from the subway. Uber picked us up right in front of the hotel at our departure.
Negatives:
The noise level in the cafe was very loud upon our arrival and every evening during our stay. It is a small area with a bar. Apparently there was a large party on Saturday night when we returned from the ballgame. It was obvious alcohol had been flowing. The sidewalk was crowded making it difficult to get to the lobby. Security and staff helped us get inside. We opted not to eat in the cafe in the evenings except for the first night. We could hear the music in our from the outside venue during the afternoon and early evenings.
